The Extended Shank Tungsten Carbide Rotary Files (Burrs) are heavy-duty precision cutting tools engineered for deep cavity access, internal contour milling, weld seam leveling, and aggressive metal deburring. Manufactured from premium YG8 micro-grain tungsten carbide (WC-Co) hardened to over HRC 70 and brazed onto high-strength extended 6mm (1/4") steel shanks, these long-reach rotary burrs provide superior chip clearance, chatter-free cutting stability, and exceptional service life across ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces.
