• Abrasive Mineral: Microcrystalline ceramic grain with top-size lubricant coat on heavy polyester cloth backing.
• Performance: Continuous self-sharpening action, aggressive stock removal, and active cool grinding to prevent workpiece discoloration.
• Recommended Workpieces: Carbon steel, high-tensile alloy steels, forged steel, cast iron, and stainless steel pipe fabrication.

3M 577F Zirconia Alumina (ZA)

• Available Grits: P40, P60, P80, P120
• Abrasive Mineral: Heavy-duty Zirconia Alumina with active grinding aid on heavy YF-weight cloth backing.
• Performance: High fracture toughness, long service life, and superior heat dissipation under medium to heavy grinding pressure.
